The New Colony is pleased to announce its exciting winter line-up of Side Stage programming, a collection of free readings presented on select nights in January and February at its new home, The Den Theatre Upstairs Mainstage, 1333 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. Side Stage kicks off with a five-year reunion reading of The New Colony's second season smash hit 11:11, followed by readings of three new works: STANLEY IN THE NAME OF LOVE, KIN FOLK and THUMBZ UP. Side Stage programming takes place during off-nights of The New Colony's world premiere musical PLASTIC REVOLUTION, playing January 16 - February 22, 2015. 5 LESBIANS EATING A QUICHE Transitions to Open-Ended Run on Weekends
5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche, the explosive Off-Broadway play, has announced today that it will play a weekend of performances once a month at The SoHo Playhouse Mainstage (15 Vandam Street, NYC). Previously scheduled to play weekly performances through Sunday, January 6th, effective immediately the production is now playing four performances during the second weekend of each month beginning January 11, 2013. This monthly cycle will continue on the weekends of February 8th and March 8th. A closing date has not been announced.

Chicago audiences will be able to see the re-staging of last summer's hit production at Center on Halsted opening on Monday, July 30th with a limited run from August 2nd - August 5th before it heads to FringeNYC.
