Westport Community Theatre Presents THE ROAD TO MECCA
The McFlannels are back! You saw them in 2011 and, by popular request, they return to support two small but important charities - David Hayman's Spirit Aid and Ralph Green's School Club Zambia. With the kind permission of the BBC, we relive author Helen W. Pryde's scripts from the Scottish radio show, which commenced in 1939 on a Saturday night - after the football results.

This distaff version of the 1984 Pulitzer Prize winner will play in Curtain Call's Dressing Room Theatre in Stamford, from October 20 through November 6.

BWW Reviews: TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD in Bridgeport - Do the Right Thing
Few popular novels have been as powerful about a subject as Harper Lee's 1960 novel, To Kill A Mockingbird. As a film with an A-list star and as a play that is produced from time to time (but not nearly as often as it should be, in this critic's opinion), it's always a solid hit. Thankfully, the creative team at the Bridgeport Theatre Company did not depend on this.
