America-in-Play presents the premiere of A Time-Traveler's Trip to Niagra, Following the Bold Adventures and Strange Detours of an Unlikely Group of Travelers Across Time and America. Running through May 18 at the Hudson Guild Theatre (441 West 26th Street), this unique comedy interweaves two journeys up the Hudson River: one by bus in 2014 and one by steamboat in 1828. From upper class Brits taking a tour of the Early Republic to a modern brother and sister taking a bus ride upstate to trace their roots, the two trips converge at the iconic and spectacular Niagara Falls and aim to investigate the relationship between the American landscape and identity while exploring ties between past and future. A unique 'Dime Museum' exploring Americana and the play will be open 30 minutes before each performance. Check out a first look below!

EXODUS CODE: ADVICE FOR WANDERERS to Premiere at Flea Theater, 7/12-28
This July at the Flea Theater, America-In-Play will present the premiere of Exodus Code: Advice for Wanderers, a new theater production inspired by Yiddish vaudeville and the history of the Lower East Side. Running from July 12-July 28 and featuring direction from Lynn M. Thomson, the production will honor this long-neglected and entertaining cultural art form, linking the past to the present and bringing together an array of immigrant stories to evoke an archetypal immigrant experience. The show was first read at and developed with the assistance of the Lower East Side Tenement Museumwhere America-In-Play had a four-year partnership.
Moderated Talk-Back Tuesdays to Kick Off at WOMEN OF WILL Off-Broadway, 3/19
Following Tuesday evening performances of Tina Packer's Women of Will 'The Overview' the cast (Tina Packer and Nigel Gore) have been indulging curious audience members with weekly post show talk-backs. Now beginning Tuesday, March 19 Ms. Packer and Mr. Gore will welcome a few notable names to the 'Tuesday Talk-backs with Tina and Nigel' in the form of a moderator - currently announcing five moderators, with additional names and dates to be announced at another time.
