MY DARLING CHRISTOPHER Will Be Shared as Part of HOME Manchester's Homemakers Festival
Created as part of a wider theatre project in association with RADA, the short film My Darling Christopher will be shared as part of HOME Manchester's Homemakers Festival. My Darling Christopher has been written, cast, shot and edited all during lockdown by Hot Coals Theatre, who create visual theatre accessible to both hearing and d/Deaf audiences in a shared experience.
Deaf Accessible Show Deemed Not Accessible Enough By Edinburgh Fringe
Hot Coals Theatre, specialists in d/Deaf theatre for seven years and with a deaf theatremaker at the helm, have been told that their d/Deaf accessible show (the latest in a long line of d/Deaf accessible shows) falls outside of the Edinburgh Fringe Access Team's requirements for listing the show as accessible, as the show does not provide BSL interpretation or closed captioning.
Tickets On Sale Friday for ELF Starring David Essex And Martine McCutcheon
ELF, the hit West End and Broadway musical based on the Hollywood blockbuster movie starring Will Ferrell, is to be supersized into a Christmas spectacular which will tour the UK in December 2018. This extravaganza will play three major arenas this Christmas: Cardiff Motorpoint Arena, Birmingham Genting Arena and Nottingham Motorpoint Arena. Tickets go on-sale on Friday 9 March at 9am.
Deafinitely Theatre Adds Extra Date to Tour of SOMETHING ELSE
Deafinitely Theatre today announces an extra date for its adaptation of Kathryn Cave's much loved children's book Something Else. The production will now show at Pegasus Oxford on 2 June, in addition to the previously announced Claremont High School Academy in Brent (school performance), Derby Theatre, a fundraising gala at Wyndham's Theatre (invite only) and the actacentre in Bristol.

Louise English and David Essex Lead All The Fun Of The Fair UK Tour
Louise English is reprising her highly acclaimed leading lady role as Rosa, a beautiful and mysterious Irish fortuneteller, in a national tour of the smash-hit West End musical All The Fun Of The Fair, alongside pop legend David Essex as Levi Lee, which opens 16 September 2011 at the New Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham, and tours through 14 April 2012.
ALL THE FUN OF THE FAIR Changes Performance Schedule, Effective Immediately
Previously playing Tuesday through Sunday, ALL THE FUN OF THE FAIR will now play Monday through Saturday, according to the production. The show will play Monday to Saturday at 7.30pm, with matinees Wednesday and Saturday at 3pm. All the Fun of the Fair previewed from 20 April at London's Garrick Theatre, with press night on 28 April and is running until 5 September 2010.
David Essex Brings ALL THE FUN OF THE FAIR to the West End in 2010
Louise English will be starring as the sultry Gypsy, Rosa, in the new Jon Conway musical All the Fun of the Fair, with David Essex as Levi Lee, which will tour the UK from September 2008 through May 2009 and premieres at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley, from 12-20 September.
