The Jazz Bastards, nominated for a MAC Award in the duo and group category, announce their residency at Pangea, hailed by The New York Times as the alternative Cafe Carlisle. Aldo Perez and his co conspirators serve up standards bebop style with originals and vaudeville turns now at their monthly residency at Pangea, the last Friday of every month at 9:30pm, currently through June 28th with possible extension. "Goddess of Imperfection," which brings her unprecedented engagement at the club into its second year, will open on Sunday, September 18 at 7:00 PM to run through Sunday, December 18. The dreamlike new evening pays tribute to the broken, uncertain state of the world with a set of new original songs and specially-selected covers that reach above the chaos and reflect back on our tangled, beast-ridden planet. The performance artist and storyteller David Cale will be her special guest on September 18.

In addition, she recently earned two BroadwayWorld.com Award nominations for "Best Female Vocalist" and "Alt Cabaret Show." Performances are at Pangea (178 Second Avenue in New York) on Sunday evenings at 7:30 PM through January 31, 2016.
