Cambridge Arts Theatre today presents James Roose-Evans' adaptation of Helene Hanff's novel 84 Charing Cross Road, in collaboration with Lee Dean and Salisbury Playhouse. The cast includes Stefanie Powers (Helene Hanff) and Clive Francis (Frank Doel). Fiona Bruce (Mrs Todd), Loren O'Dair (Megan/Maxine), William Oxborrow (Mr Martin), Samantha Sutherland (Cecily Farr) and Ben Tolley (Bill Humphries/Alvin). The production opens at Darlington Hippodrome on Wednesday 23 May before touring to Wolverhampton, Malvern, Richmond, Oxford and finishing at Cambridge Arts Theatre on 30 June.

This autumn, Artistic Director Douglas Rintoul launches his first season at the Queen's Theatre Hornchurch with the first ever revival of the hit musical Made in Dagenham. Bringing the West End hit back to its roots just a stone's throw from The Ford Factory Dagenham in which it is set, the co-production with New Wolsey Theatre Ipswich presents a company of twenty-one actor musicians which is bolstered further by six members of the Queen's Youth Theatre.

This is the largest ever cast to appear on the theatre's stage and is led by Daniella Bowen as the busy mum, loving wife and hard-working Ford factory employee, Rita O'Grady.
ONCE in London Sets Closing Date
Following the news that Broadway's Once will be closing, the West End production announced it will close on March 21, 2015. Irish pop superstar Ronan Keating will be joining the London production November 17 and will remain for the rest of the musical's run.
Winternitz Continues Opposite Ronan Keating In ONCE, From November!
Today (29 August 2014), the producers of Once announce that Jill Winternitz will be continuing in the role of Girl opposite the previously announced Ronan Keating as Guy. Keating will be joining the Olivier award-winning musical on 17 November 2014, with press night on Tuesday 25 November 2014. Once is currently booking at the Phoenix Theatre to 4 July 2015.

Last night (17 March 20134) the six-time Olivier award nominated musical Once celebrated its first birthday in the West End, joining forces with the charity Oxfam specifically fundraising for their Mother Appeal. Also celebrating St Patrick's Day, the production welcomed their new cast led by Arthur Darvill, who joins the London production having played the role on Broadway. Darvill plays opposite Zrinka Cviteši? as Girl. Check out the photos below!
