NYC-based Lisa Ramey is a multitalented singer-songwriter & recording artist whose voice defies categorization. She exudes gritty soul and passion, a funk-meets-r&b vibe that emphatically captures her St. Louis roots.
Growing up in St. Louis, and performing since the age of nine, Ramey performed 11 consecutive seasons at The Muny. Since moving to New York City, Ramey fronted a wildly popular funk-soul band (SugarBad), toured the world with Cirque du Soleil as the Soul Singer in KOOZA, and had her television debut singing backup on HBO's original series, VINYL.
