Last Thursday we had our first show of 2020 and what better way to kick off the New Year than our first-ever Rising Star Reunion! Many of our Rising Stars go on to do INCREDIBLE things and we were so happy to be joined by some of our favorite alumni! Performers of the evening include Hannah Cruz (Hamilton), Julian R Decker (Love Never Dies), Shawn Bowers (Ain't Too Proud), Mallory Bechtel (Dear Evan Hansen), Avery Smith (Beautiful), Roderick Lawrence (The Lion King), Britt Lenting (Phantom Of The Opera), Kate Corsaro, Nicole Vande Zande, Claire Saunders, Lillian Andrea De Leon, Sal Pavia, Jose Plaza, Josh Bardier, Gregory Sullivan, Lincoln Ward, Gina Santare, Mallory King & Dylan Hartwell.

BWW Reviews: Webster Conservatory Class of 2012 Shines in Cabaret at the Kranzberg
For the past two years I've been attending the Webster Student Cabaret, which this time consists of three talented females and three talented males. This is a Cabaret showcase (I took in the 7:30pm show on 12/13/11) courtesy of the Kranzberg and the Presenters Dolan, which is made possible through the generous work of Jim Dolan. Lara Teeter and Neal Richardson, lending their talents as the director and musical director/arranger/accompanist, and media contact/organizer, respectively had a mixed group that focused on an eclectic collection of standards, show tunes both old and new, and pop, mostly country-fied. All of which lent itself to a breezy night of young adults showing us what they've got on their collective plates to offer for their dreams of stardom.
Lyceum Theatre Continues 50th Season with MY FAIR LADY Thru 7/31
The Lerner and Loewe masterpiece MY FAIR LADY brings to life Eliza Doolittle, an uncommon Cockney flower girl who is taken under the tutelage of the arrogant Henry Higgins as he attempts to teach her proper diction and pass her off as a lady. According to the show's director Michael Rothhaar 'MY FAIR LADY is the gold standard of Broadway musicals and an honest to goodness fairy tale.' The delightful score includes audience favorites 'I Could Have Danced All Night,' 'On the Street Where You Live,' 'I've Grown Accustomed to Her Face,' 'Get Me to the Church on Time,' and so many others.
Lyceum Theatre Continues 50th Season with THE MAN WHO CAME TO DINNER, 8/7-14
Written by the incomparable team of George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart, The Man Who Came To Dinner tells the story of Sheridan Whiteside, a theatre critic/lecturer and radio personality, arriving to dine at the home of the prominent Stanley family in a small Midwestern town. Whiteside slips and falls at the doorstep of his hosts and injures his hip. For six weeks Sheridan is confined to the Stanley home where he monopolizes the entire household! Featuring one of the largest Lyceum casts ever assembled, this stylish and funny production will keep audiences laughing as the outrageous becomes commonplace!
