BIO
Lily Mae Harrington is an American Stage, Screen and Television Actress, and a Singer/Songwriter. She grew up in a small town on Cape Cod, where she appeared in numerous musicals and theater productions. In 2011, while an undergraduate Classical Voice Major at Westminster Choir College, she was chosen to be a contender on Season 2 of The Glee Project. She recently finished principal photography for the film "Some Freaks" in which she has the female lead and had to lose 60 lbs. during filming for the role.

While her sound has influences from Carole King to Haim; Janis Joplin to Brittany Howard, her look is all her own and she has been seen on Hulu’s series Single Drunk Female, NBC Universal’s The Glee Project, and more.

SHOWTIME has announced the pilot order for the hour-long drama series QUEEN FUR, created, written and executive produced by Eileen Myers (MASTERS OF SEX) and starring Lily Mae Harrington (Some Freaks). Sian Heder (Orange Is the New Black) will direct the pilot. Deb Spera (Army Wives) will also serve as an executive producer. The announcement was made today by Gary Levine, President of Programming, Showtime Networks Inc.
