The SYMPHONIA, South Florida's premier chamber orchestra, has announced its 2023-2024 Live Concert Series performance schedule, continuing its theme of celebrating the earth and our environment. 'Journey To Discovery' includes four traditional concerts and one 'New Directions' concert, a multi-media storytelling experience inspired by Joseph Haydn.
Violinist Stella Chen Releases Debut Album, STELLA X SCHUBERT; Single Out Today!
On Friday, March 10, 2023, American violinist Stella Chen releases her debut album, Stella x Schubert, with pianist Henry Kramer on the Apple-owned Platoon platform. Performing on the 1700 ex-Petri Stradivarius violin, Chen garnered worldwide attention with her first-prize win at the 2019 Queen Elizabeth International Violin Competition, followed by the 2020 Avery Fisher Career Grant and 2020 Lincoln Center Emerging Artist Award.
Adelphi Orchestra To Celebrate National Arts And Humanities Month
The Adelphi Orchestra launches its 67th Season of 'Music for All' with 'A Celebration of Rebirth & Renewal' on October 24 at 2 PM. The orchestra's traditional season premiere concert held each year in October honors National Arts and Humanities Month and Discover Jersey Arts and has been made possible in part by a grant administered by the Bergen County Department of Parks, Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs from funds granted by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.
Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center Announces New Bowers Program Artists
The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center (CMS) today announced the five artists selected to be part of The Bowers Program, the most extensive opportunity for classical artists and ensembles in the early stages of major careers to integrate their professional lives with established chamber music artists. The Bowers Program, which began as CMS Two in 1994, has been a source of professional development for some of the world's leading classical musicians, including Hilary Hahn, Inon Barnatan, Alisa Weilerstein, Anthony McGill, and the Miró, Escher, and Danish String Quartets, among many others.

The special event is being presented as part of statewide festivities organized by Utah's Transcontinental Railroad 150th Celebration Commission, also known as Spike 150, which was founded by the Utah State Legislature and Governor Gary Herbert.
