Theatre Pro Rata's 2020-21 season will include three productions, written by women, directed by women, and featuring a predominantly female cast and crew, as part of The Jubilee, a national theater festival to produce plays written by traditionally excluded voices. This month is all about gender when it comes to the theatre I've seen. The first was Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Theater Latte Da which really flips gender upside down. The second now is a beautiful production of VictorVictoria at Artistry in Bloomington. VictorVictoria is a truly unique story that also has some deep roots within the state of Minnesota.
