CONTACT HIGH, an original new musical with book, music and lyrics by Kyle Reid Hass and Jeremy Swanton is slated for a limited engagement run August 15th a?" September 7th at Theater 511, 511 West 54th Street. The official press opening night is on Thursday, August 22nd. Mr. Hass also directs the production. CONTACT HIGH tells the compelling story of the unlikely friendship between two high school seniors: Jean Simon - a drug dealer and recovering heroin addict and Haley Walter Keys - a misunderstood teen genius with a severe phobia of physical human contact. Citadel Extends JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT One Week
Citadel Theatre Company's November-December production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's musical JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT has been extended due to popular demand and will play an additional five performances, according to Citadel Artistic Director Scott Phelps. Originally scheduled to close on Sunday, December 23, the musical will now run through Sunday, December 30.
Citadel Announces Full Cast of JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT
Cast and crew were announced today for Citadel Theatre Company's November-December production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's musical JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, according to founding Artistic Director Scott Phelps. The production will be directed by Robert D. Estrin, who most recently at Citadel directed the company's Jeff Award-nominated EXPLORERS CLUB and has also helmed the musicals A CHRISTMAS STORY, A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM and CABARET.
Performers From NEWSIES, K-POP Round Out Cast Of FULL CAPACITY at 54 Below
Andy Richardson (Newsies on Broadway, Kinky Boots National Tour) and Cathy Ang (K-Pop at Ars Nova) will join "Full Capacity: The Work of Hass & Swanton" at Feinstein's/54 Below. Also new to the cast are Samantha Williams and Laura Thoresen, joining the previously announced group of Johnny Rabe, Kuhoo Verma, Alex Guhde, Marina Magnelli, Gabriella Marzetta, Martavius Parrish, and Daniel Youngelman.
