Laura Leo Kelly is a trans, non-binary artist based in New York City. Career highlights include Anybodys in the international tour of West Side Story directed by Lonny Price, Sonny in Grease at Musical Theatre West, and Andrej in Once at CCAE Theatricals in Escondido, CA. In 2022, Kelly received an OC Theatre Guild Award for their performance in Chance Theater's Striking 12!.

Nominees for the inaugural OC Theatre Awards were announced on Saturday, January 22, 2022 during OC Theatre Guild’s annual membership meeting. The awards ceremony has been scheduled for the evening of Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at the outdoor amphitheater of the Muckenthaler Cultural Center in Fullerton.
