Bernard Shaw's celebrated humour is featured in his farcical and funny anti-war O'Flaherty V.C. Directed by Kimberley Rampersad, O'Flaherty V.C. comically reveals why the men of Ireland really went to war. This season's Lunchtime one-act begins previews on May 31 at the Royal George Theatre.
A NIGHT AT THE STORK CLUB Heads to Hollywood
After two successful runs on the Big Island of Hawaii, A Night at the Stork Club moves to Hollywood's Three Clubs for a limited run January 7-8, 2017. The original production featured critically acclaimed vocalists Justin John Moniz and Ashley Lambert, alongside New York City jazz pianist, Phil Kadet. A Night at the Stork Club's upcoming remount will feature the addition of Los Angeles based singer/actress, Laura Hughes, fresh off the North American Tour of Mamma Mia!, where her portrayal of 'Tanya' received acclaim in theaters across the country.

STUPID SONGS Set for Hollywood Fringe Festival
Directed by Keri Safran, with Musical Direction by Dan Wessels, the Stupid Songs Troupe has been performing to packed houses at venues like Rockwell Table & Stage, The Groundlings, Miles Memorial Playhouse, et al, and is thrilled to bring their brand of funny to the Fringe. Most of the performers met while training at The Groundlings Comedy Theatre & School, and will be performing funny songs & parodies they have written, plus a few gems from up-and-coming composers. The band members also play regularly for Lost Moon Radio & Thirty Minute Musicals.
Actress Helen Stenborg Passes Away at 86
Helen Stenborg, a Tony-nominated, Obie Award-winning actress and long-time spouse of the late Tony Award-winning actor Barnard Hughes, died Tuesday evening, March 22 at her Manhattan apartment. Her son Doug Hughes and daughter Laura Hughes were at her bedside. She was 86.
