The Arion Chamber Music Series began their 5th Anniversary Season with featured guests Quartet 131 on February 21st at their resident venue, Christ & St. Stephens Church located at 120 W. 69th St. in New York's Lincoln Square Arts District.

The New York-based composer & performer collective, Random Access Music (RAM), has dedicated its 2020 season, entitled 'We, the Whole People', to honoring the centenary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, which extended women's suffrage throughout the United States. Inspired by the pioneering women who achieved these freedoms, the season will feature music by female composers of the past 100 years.

Ms. Chavez, who just finished performances with the New York City Opera, will join PREformances featured guest artists violinist Laura Goldberg, composer and pianist Moshe Knoll and virtuoso pianist Julia Zilberquit - as a surprise addition to the concert roster - replacing mezzo soprano, Sara Murphy who is indisposed.
