Over an embarrassing number of decades, some of Laura Bellomy’s theatre credits include Off Broadway (Before the Dawn), Stratford Shakespeare Festival in Canada, Shakespeare Festival of Dallas, and Galveston Island Outdoor Musicals. Favorite roles include The Children’s Hour (Karen) and The Importance of Being Earnest (Gwendolyn Fairfax). Recent Houston appearances include Senior Moments and The :nv:s:ble Play (Kitty/Cass) for Cone Man Running Productions, Exit Interview (Patricia) in Museums of Dysfunction X for Mildred’s Umbrella, and Witness for the Prosecution (Romaine Heilger) for Company OnStage. She also appeared for Boiling Point Players in One Acts (Double Feature) at Studio 101 in April 2019. Directing credits include The Haunting of Hill House, A Couple White Chicks Sitting Around Talking. She has also written several short plays for festivals in Texas.
