Florida Rep Announces Fall 2020 Virtual Season
Florida Rep has announced a whole slate of digital offerings as its Fall 2020 Virtual Season. The fall season includes the Stage@Home Virtual Talkback Series (through Oct. 30), the 2020 Virtual PlayLab Festival (Nov. 5-Dec. 11), and a streaming production of 'Clue' starring the theatre's ensemble of professional actors (Oct. 29-Nov. 1).

Our high school students continue the fun with the dazzling and ingenious Peter and the Starcatcher, hilarious toe-tapping The Drowsy Chaperone, and the powerful and political Cabaret.

Co-directed by IRNE Award Winner Sarah Gazdowicz and Laura Baronet, the young company at Stoneham Theatre presents William Shakespeare's Macbeth on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 11AM as part of the Spring Shakespeare program. Journey to Scotland and explore the psychological effects of prophecies and political power. Macbeth discovers that he is fated to be King. This fate, however, proves to be more of a curse than a blessing as murder, political uprisings, and mayhem ensue. Provoked by his wife and preoccupied with greed, Macbeth begins a tragic descent into madness.

the young company Winter Festival includes four fully-staged productions: family-friendly The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley Junior takes us on an incredible adventure all across the globe, while The Emperor's New Clothes teaches us to open our eyes to what's right in front of us! Mary Poppins uses magic, common sense, and a spoonful of sugar to teach the entire Banks family to value one another. Lastly, the dark and edgy Sweeney Todd shows us just how far some will go for those they love.

BWW Reviews: Belmont's HAIRSPRAY is a Shiny, Sparkling Musical Theater Triumph
This spring's sparkling, stellar production of Hairspray-the musical tale of one Tracy Turnblad, a "stout" girl who loves to dance and loves people no matter their shape, size, color or way of life-is as entertaining a production of the hit musical as you could ever hope to see. Led by a crazy talented bunch of youthful performers (if this were the 1930s, you can bet your bottom dollar they'd be requisitioning somebody's barn for a colorful musical spectacle) who perform their collective heart out for enthusiastic audiences, the production is satisfying on every level.

Season two of 'You're Cut Off!' premiering Monday, January 10 at 9 PM ET/PT is giving viewers another opportunity to get a fly on the wall look as life coach Laura Baron returns to strip eight women from their posh lifestyles and help them become self sufficient, confident adults. These women will be forced to live together as they go through spoiled rotten rehab and complete simple tasks such as cleaning up the kitchen, shopping on a budget, and working with charities - but can these spoiled girls make it all the way to their graduation day?
