Joe's Pub Announces Lineup for The 2023 Joe's Pub Gala

Joe’s Pub has announced the full lineup for the 2023 Joe’s Pub Gala on Monday, March 6 with a 6:00 pm cocktail reception in The Library restaurant followed by a 7:00 pm dinner and performances at the venue. Tickets are available now. Guest list is not available.

Joe’s Pub is launching its first capsule collection with House of Larréon by fine artist, designer, performer, author, and Joe’s Pub Working Group alumni, Larry Krone. Inspired by a combined desire to support local artists, every purchase from this collection will benefit the hundreds of artists who perform at Joe’s Pub every year.

The bright vibrancy of spring resonates at Joe's Pub. This week our stage features the sophisticated and unique urban pop sound of Toby Lightman; songwriter, composer, and creative director Sye Elaine Spense; the last performances of Ryan Raftery's IVANKA 2020 before he takes it on tour; Albanian singer and multi-instrumentalist Elina Duni; Pianist, composer, and Artistic Director for Cuba's Jazz Plaza Santiago Festival, Roberto Fonseca; and National Lampoon's satire of Coachella and modern music festival culture LEMMINGS: 21ST CENTURY.
THE MEETING* Hosted by Justin Sayre Will Return to Joe's Pub

The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - the monthly gathering of the International Order of Sodomites, the centuries-old organization which sets the mythic Gay Agenda - will return to Joe's Pubthis season for regular performances after a three year hiatus. The Meeting*, now the longest-running LGBTQ variety show in New York, is known for its audacious humor, trailblazing political discourse and button-pushing cultural exploration. Sayre will present two different evenings next month, celebrating 'The Ladies of Country' on Monday, March 2, and honoring 'The Ladies of Disco' on Sunday, March 29, both at 9:30 PM. Special guests for March 2 include Bridget Barkan, Melody Berger, Drew Droege, Larry Krone, and Bobby Blue the Balladeer, with additional names to be announced. Shows are scheduled through December 2020, with the spring season continuing on April 26 and May 31. Tracy Stark serves as music director for the series.

Entering its sixth year, JPWG welcomes five artists - cabaret artist Salty Brine, vocalist and composer Sarah Elizabeth Charles, musician and musical theater composer Jaime Lozano, Indian classical and crossover vocalist Roopa Mahadevan, and singer-songwriter Kirsten Maxwell - into the group, which represents the diversity and scope of the nightly programming at Joe's Pub.

Dead Darlings Returns with SHAME EDITION

Dead Darlings is back this month on July 12 for Shame Edition at Judson Memorial Church. The show is free with a suggested donations. Hosted by Amanda Duarte (#Pussygrabsback) the show will be featuring Ashley Nicole Black, Kenny Mellman, and Adam Feldman. Show starts at 8pm, but get there early for tunes, snacks and booze at 7:30pm.

Jim Andralis and the Syntonics to Play Joe's Pub This June

The Miami Herald called singer-songwriter Jim Andralis' Your Dying Wish Come True 'one of the best solo debut discs of the year.' Since its release last March, Julie DeLano, Leslie Graves, Susan Hwang and Jessie Kilguss have been adding their lush harmonies to his NYC performances.
