The CW Network will officially launch its new season in January 2021 with its regularly scheduled series line-up, while loading up Fall 2020 with fresh original and acquired scripted series and alternative programming, it was announced today by Mark Pedowitz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The CW Network.

Milan Records, an imprint of Sony Music Masterworks, today releases LOOKING FOR ALASKA (MUSIC FROM THE HULU SERIES) a?' available everywhere now. The album includes music from Hulu's newest original limited series, produced by Josh Schwartz (The O.C., Gossip Girl) and based on John Green's bestselling novel. Set in 2005, the series features music specific to the early 2000s era, carefully curated by Schwartz and music supervisor Alexandra Patsavas (The O.C., The Twilight Series) as a sonic companion to the show's coming-of-age narrative.

This year's gala honored Tony-nominated book writer ('Wicked') and Emmy-nominated writer and producer ('My So Called Life') Winnie Holzman with the Julie Harris Award for Artistic Achievement. Kirsten Vangsness hosted with special appearances by Shoshana Bean, Wilson Cruz, Paul Dooley and Jessica Marie Garcia. BroadwayWorld's own Michael Sterling caught the action on the 'green' carpet with many of the night's celebrity guests for BWW TV Los Angeles.
