Featuring a cast of 20 and an orchestra of 14, this rare glimpse back into musical theater history began performances December 2 as part of NYTF's inaugural year in residency at the Museum of Jewish Heritage [MJH]. The production marks the first long-running, full-scale production hosted at the Museum's 375-seat Edmond J. Safra Hall. Performances run through January 3.
Off-Broadway's GOLDEN BRIDE to Offer Free Bus Service
Campus Coach Lines has announced its plan for a new free-to-the-public bus service from Columbus Circle in Midtown Manhattan to the Museum of Jewish Heritage [MJH] in Battery Park City. In sync with Lower Manhattan's cultural renaissance, and part of ongoing efforts in increasing accessibility to the Museum of Jewish Heritage, the bus service will commence this Thursday, December 17, shuttling patrons to the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene's [NYTF] critically-acclaimed production of The Golden Bride.
