WAITING is inspired by Samuel Beckett’s iconic play, WAITING FOR GODOT. With humor deeply steeped in Latinx culture, and our country’s anti-immigrant policies, WAITING explores the meaning—and absurdities—of identity and belonging. This is a shorter, pandemic version of the playwright’s full-length play, WAITING FOR GODÍNEZ.

Target Margin Theater Hosts World Premiere of MARJANA AND THE FORTY THIEVES
Target Margin Theater presents the world premiere of Marjana and the Forty Thieves, which delves into a new section of The One Thousand and One Nights: the tale of Ali Baba. Directed by Founding Artistic Director David Herskovits, Marjana and the Forty Thieves is scheduled to run at Target Margin Theater's THE DOXSEE (232 52nd Street, Brooklyn) from March 28 through April 20, with an opening night of April 1.

Someone Who'll Watch Over Me focuses on the trials and tribulations of an Irishman, an Englishman and an American who are kidnapped and held hostage in a nondescript location in Lebanon. As the three men strive for survival, they also find themselves trying to overcome both their personal grudges towards one another, and their nationalistic differences, all under the watchful eyes and ears of their captors.
