Ragged Wing Presents THE ART OF LEAVING
Ragged Wing Ensemble (RWE) has announced the program for its final event at The Flight Deck, its brick-and-mortar artistic home since 2014, currently slated to close at the end of March. Conceived as a traveling gallery show and community-engaged ritual performance exploring the experience of displacement and the act of letting go, THE ART OF LEAVING includes participation from The Flight Deck resident companies Lower Bottom Playaz and Kalm Korner in addition to Alena Museum, another arts organization which recently lost its home in Oakland.

Ragged Wing Celebrates 15th Anniversary With TIME SENSITIVE
In celebration of its 15th anniversary season next year, Ragged Wing Ensemble is pleased to present TIME SENSITIVE, with an updated script written and directed by the company's Artistic Director Amy Sass. Time Sensitive opens in preview on Friday, April 5, 2019, and runs through May 4. Opening night is scheduled for Saturday, April 6. Performances run Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., and Sundays at 5 p.m. Two Saturday matinees at 2 p.m. will take place on April 27 and May 4. Tickets are $25 - $45, and may be purchased online at raggedwing.org.
ON KENTUCKY AVENUE Revue to Begin Performances 2/2 at Stage 72
ON KENTUCKY AVENUE, a musical revue based loosely on fact and mostly fiction about the people and performers who took the stage and filled the tables at the majestic Club Harlem 'on Kentucky Avenue' in the north section of Atlantic City from the 1930s until the late 1980s, will make its NYC commercial stage debut at STAGE72/THE TRIAD, 158 West 72nd Street, on Sunday, February 2, with performances at 3pm and 7pm and Monday, February 3 at 7pm in honor of Black History Month.
