TITANIQUE Returns To The Segal Centre This February
The Segal Centre is remounting their hit show Titanique, originally co-produced with David and Hannah Mirvish, at the Sylvan Adams Theatre from February 2 to 16, 2025 with added Saturday matinée performances.

Interview: Kaylee Harwood Talks Pulling Double Duty as Assistant Director and Standby in TITANIQUE
The musical TITANIQUE has officially set sail in Canada and is continuing to delight audiences at the Segal Centre in Montreal until November 24th, before opening in Toronto in December. A few weeks ago, Broadway World had the chance to chat with prominent Canadian performer, Kaylee Harwood who wears multiple hats as both Assistant Director and Standby for this production. It was a delight to hear from Kaylee about her excitement for this show and her experience so far.
Bad Hats/Soulpepper's ALICE IN WONDERLAND Leads Dora Award Nominations
At a press conference held at Meridian Hall, the Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts (TAPA) announced 228 nominations for the 43rd Annual Dora Mavor Moore Awards, which recognize excellence in professional theatre, dance and opera in Toronto for the 2022-2023 season. Also announced at the press conference was the recipient of the Province of Ontario’s Pauline McGibbon Award.
Cast Announced for Toronto Premiere of BRIGHT STAR
Garner Theatre Productions released its cast list for the Actor-Musician workshop of Bright Star, the Tony nominated bluegrass musical written and composed by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell. This will be the first Toronto production of the Broadway musical. Bright Star's public presentations of the workshop will take place August 25 & 26.

Playing Riff, is the very talented Sayer Roberts, who starred alongside Mr. Markus last year in the Stratford Festival's THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW; Stratford, Shaw, and Broadway star Kaylee Harwood is portraying Anita, and accomplished soprano, Charlotte Knight is reprising the role of Rosalia after recently singing the part with the Windsor Symphony Orchestra.

The North American tour of the Tony and Grammy Award-winning hit musical Beautiful- The Carole King Musical welcomes Dylan S. Wallach (Gerry Goffin) and Alison Whitehurst (Cynthia Weil). The two artists join Sarah Bockel (Carole King), Jacob Heimer (Barry Mann), James Clow (Don Kirshner) and Suzanne Grodner (Genie Klein). Beautiful - The Carole King Musical will return to St. Louis at the Fabulous Fox Theatre on March 12, 2019 for a limited engagement through March 17, 2019.
