Kay McEntire

Kay was born in Harlingen, Texas, but grew up just a piece down the road in Winnsboro. The thespian society at Winnsboro High School was where she first got her feet wet in theatre, starring in several productions including Broken Wings and Curtain Going Up! , for which she received All-Star Cast awards.1988 to 1990 saw Kay at work with the Trails Country Players. Her more recent stage activities have been with Quitman Community Theatre, where she has appeared in several plays including Two By Two, The Sanders Family Christmas, and Chaps!, as well as a great deal of behind-the-scenes work. Though this is Kay's first stage appearance for LCP, her artistic skills have graced the sets of The Importance of Being earnest and You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. She has a BS in Mathematics from University of Texas, and completed a Masters in Science in CIS in 2008.
