Katie Walker (she/her) is a Director, Writer, Dramaturg, and Performer from Denver, Colorado and based in New York City. She serves as the NYC-Metro Regional VP for the Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas and works as a Research Assistant in the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts.
Katie is the creator and curator for upcoming event on February 15th: Love, NYC Dramaturgs (with guidance of Ken Cerniglia and Mark Bly) – a love letter from dramaturgs to the New York theatrical community. Panelists include Tony Award-winning director Doug Hughes in conversation with dramaturg, Mark Bly on their long-term collaboration of forty years and Ken Cerniglia speaking about his dramaturgical work with Tina Landau on Redwood, opening the same week on Broadway.

Rabbit.: a Courtney Love Play by Brittyn Dion Bonham for the Rogue Theatre Festival at the Flea Theatre, A Letter for Jesse by Caroline Lapinski for the Femme Fantasies Festival with the Strange Girls Theatre Collective, and Our Lady of Instagram Live by Alli Hartley-Kong for First Kiss Theatre's 2024 FebLab development program.
