Kati Neiheisel is a MAC Award-nominated vocalist in New York City. Originally introduced to cabaret through Helen Baldassare's Cabaret Performance Workshop, she has also studied with the marvelous Marilyn Maye and with the late musical director Barry Levitt, aka The Maestro. Her early supporters and mentors include Sue Matsuki, Deb Berman and Susan Winter.
Her solo shows, featuring musical director/arranger/pianist Gregory Toroian, include her NY debut "Among the Stars," directed by Berman; "That Holiday Feeling," directed by Geoff Stoner; and "Yesterday…Once More," directed by Lina Koutrakos. Since her debut, Kati has performed at Don’t Tell Mama, The DuPlex, 54 Below, Pangea, The Triad, and Urban Stages.
Kati’s latest show, "London By Night," features songs sung by Julie London, Billboard Magazine's Female Artist of the Year in 1955, 1956 and 1957. This new show will be performed in 2024 at Pangea on August 24, September 26, and October 18. "London By Night" is directed by Koutrakos with musical direction and arrangements by Toroian.
