The Charlotte Symphony Will Welcome Audiences Back for Live Performances

The Charlotte Symphony will welcome audiences back to the Belk Theater for performances taking place on April 24 and May 14–15, 2021. This marks the first time audiences have been able to attend an indoor concert with the Charlotte Symphony since March 7, 2020. The CSO will also host a three-concert mini-series featuring classical works.

Due to high demand, Tulsa Opera has announced a second performance of Greenwood Overcomes featuring a program of works by 23 living Black composers performed by eight Black artists to commemorate the centennial of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The performances will be Saturday, May 1 at 7:30 p.m. CT and Sunday, May 2 at 2:30 p.m. CT at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center.

Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra teams up with New York City's Kaufman Music Center to present a special digital performance featuring the world premieres of eight works by the 2019-20 Fellows in the KMC's Luna Composition Lab program, including three participants in Luna Lab Meets LACO initiated last season.
