Kathrin King Segal began her career as a folksinger in Greenwich Village during the big folk craze of the 1960’s. She performed on Broadway in the original production of Oh! Calcutta! as well as Off-Broadway in productions by Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt: Philemon and Portfolio Revue.
She worked for many years at Manhattan Punch Line Theater, appearing in numerous short plays during their annual One Act Comedy Festival. She was also part of New York’s cabaret circuit in the late 1980’s-early 90’s, as a regular at Jan Wallman’s, Danny’s Starlight Room, and more. She’s recorded two CDs of mostly original songs, and has written three published novels.
