Theater Unspeakable, a devised, physical theater company based in Chicago that has received tremendous critical acclaim across the U.S., presents THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION, a whirlwind re-telling of the American fight for independence at the Greenhouse Theater Center, 2257 N Lincoln Avenue, for a limited engagement October 17 through November 11, with a press opening at 2 p.m. on October 20.

Theater Unspeakable, a devised, physical theater company based in Chicago that has received tremendous critical acclaim across the U.S., presents THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION, a whirlwind re-telling of the American fight for independence at the Greenhouse Theater Center, 2257 N Lincoln Avenue, for a limited engagement from October 17 through November 11, 2018. Prior to its Chicago run, THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION will play in Washington D.C at the Kennedy Center, and following Chicago in Washington at the Edmonds Center for the Arts and California at the Performing Arts Center San Luis Obispo.

Theater Unspeakable brings their brand of family friendly, physical theater to Philadelphia with The American Revolution, a whirlwind re-telling of the American fight for independence. It runs in Arden Theatre Company's Studio Theatre, June 2-June 11, 2017.

Pride Films and Plays will complete its fun summer in Mary's Attic with the world premiere of BITE: A Pucking Queer Cabaret, PFP Artistic Associate Derek Van Barham's immersive, pop-rock ode to A Midsummer Night's Dream. As Puck and the other fairies at Mary's prepare for a celebration, their world is rocked by news of a break-up between their King and Queen. When four mortals wander up the stairs, they get caught in a web of drinking and deception, as they become pawns in a magical game of love, 400 years in the making. Mary's Attic will be filled with music, dance, and fairies of all kinds, as BITE retells one of the Bard's beloved love stories through a queer lens.

The Chicago Humanities Festival (CHF) is pleased to present The American Revolution by Theater Unspeakable (TU), as part of the Stages, Sights & Sounds annual international performance festival for young audiences, with performances tonight, May 9, and May 16-17 at Victory Gardens Biograph Theater (2433 N Lincoln Ave).
