The legendary studio, located at 432 West 44th Street, will open its doors to the public for with three special events, each free and open to the public.
Ovation Announces Documentary Special THE ACTORS STUDIO MASTERING THE ART FORM
Ovation TV, America's only arts network, has announced a half-hour documentary special about the history of The Actors Studio in support of the new season of Inside the Actors Studio. Featuring exclusive interviews with prominent members of The Actors Studio, The Actors Studio Mastering the Art Form will air on Ovation on Friday, November 8th at 12pm ET.

The Off Broadway Alliance, the organization of Off Broadway producers, theaters, general managers, press agents and marketing professionals, presented the 6th annual Off Broadway Alliance Awards on June 21st at Sardi's, honoring outstanding achievement in Off Broadway theatre for the 2015 - 2016 season. Honorees were on hand to receive their awards and Anne Jackson & Eli Wallach, Anne Meara, and Elizabeth Swados were posthumously inducted into the Off Broadway Hall of Fame. Stella Adler Studio of Acting Announces THE SEAGULL, 1/19-2/2
The Stella Adler Studio's Harold Clurman Laboratory Theater Company is excited to announce the world premiere of a new adaptation of Anton Checkhov's classic drama The Seagull, brought to the stage by celebrated director John Gould Rubin with a new translation by Royston Coppenger. Gould Rubin directs a realistic, deconstructed and more accessible version of the play. His vision of the play is that the characters go on an "apocalyptic" emotional journey.

The Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival, in collaboration with Ford's Theatre presents "America's Playwright at 100: A Salute to Tennessee Williams" on Monday, January 31, 2011. The one-night only event kicks off the centennial year of one of the nation's most acclaimed writers. Academy Award-winning actor Eli Wallach and other notable American voices will read revealing excerpts of classic plays, rare poems, and family letters, creating a portrait of America as seen through the eyes of Tennessee Williams.
