The good news is that almost all the seven short pieces (averaging 10 minutes each) in RTB’s 2023 menu of theatrical hor d'oeuvres justify their place in the program well enough. Nobody will leave hungry for diverting entertainment.

Every year, one of my favorite annual theater traditions is seeing the evening of one acts at the Ridgefield Theater Barn, in Ridgefield, CT. I had the pleasure of continuing that wonderful tradition on Friday, March 18, with AN EVENING OF ONE ACTS 2022 which continues with the consistent first-rate shows and performances I have come to expect and enjoy every year. This show contains seven one acts, mostly with a comedic tone.
Table Readings Debut This Month At Palace Theater Waterbury
The Palace Theater is unveiling an exciting new initiative when Table Readings at the Palace Theater debuts on Saturday, October 16, 2:00pm in the intimate Poli Club space. Broadway Producer Pat Addiss Tells Her Story At Palace, September 17
How Pat Addiss arrived at her second act as a Broadway producer, is at the heart of her fascinating story Necessity is the Mother of Re-invention which she'll share on Tuesday September 17, 6:00pm, as the kick-off presenter for the Palace Theater's 2ND ACT series. Palace Theater's 2ND ACT Gets Its Own Second Act
The presenters have been selected for the upcoming second season of 2ND ACT, the Palace Theater's acclaimed speaker's series that features stories by people post age 50, who are doing some extraordinary things after mid-life. Among them is Pat Addiss, a Broadway producer based in New York who will kick the series off on September 17 with her presentation, Necessity is the Mother of Reinvention and Lisa Lampanelli, formerly known for her acerbic comedic style, who is now a life coach. She'll be presenting her new show Losin' It on the main stage of the theater on November 16.

FIDDLER ON THE ROOF Actress Replaces Daisy Eagan in Off-Broadway's DADDY ISSUES
David Goldyn Productions presents the World Premiere of DADDY ISSUES, a new comedy by Marshall Goldberg. Directed by David Goldyn, previews begin March 31 at Davenport Theatre with opening night slated for April 7. The production will now star Kate Katcher, who debuted on Broadway in Fiddler on the Roof opposite Zero Mostel and repeated the role of Tzeitel with Herschel Bernardi, directed by Jerome Robbins. She also appeared in Wonderful Town with Lauren Bacall and Two for the Seesaw directed by Judith Ivey. Katcher replaces Daisy Eagan, who leaves the cast to star in Wit in North Carolina.
