HACKS Renewed for Season Four at Max
Max has renewed the multi-Emmy® Award-winning comedy series HACKS for a fourth season. The series’ first two seasons received many accolades including awards from Golden Globes, AFI, Peabody, Critics Choice, DGA, SAG®, WGA and GLAAD. Season three premiered to critical acclaim on May 2 and the season finale is now streaming on Max.

Max has just released the first full trailer for Season 3 of the highly acclaimed comedy series Hacks. A year after parting, Deborah Vance (Jean Smart) is riding high off the success of her standup special while Ava (Hannah Einbinder) pursues new opportunities back in Los Angeles. The nine-episode season debuts with two episodes, followed by two new episodes each week, concluding with the season finale on May 30. Watch the trailer here!

Max's hit comedy series Hacks is returning this Spring. The series follows the evolving dynamic between legendary Las Vegas comedian Deborah Vance (Jean Smart) and her young, entitled writer Ava (Hannah Einbinder).
Tracy Underwood Named President of ABC Signature
In her new role, Underwood, who has been at the studio since 2010, will oversee all creative affairs, including the studio’s development of drama, comedy and limited series, as well as the current series slate. Most recently, Underwood served as executive vice president of creative affairs for ABC Signature.

HBO/HBO Max earned the most nominations for a single network or platform this year, marking the 20th time in history that the HBO brand has received the most Primetime Emmy® nominations of any network/platform in a single year. This bests HBO’s previous record of 137 nominations in 2019.

“Cutthroat” was released March 12 via KIDinaKORNER/Interscope. A propulsive, punk-leaning anthem about killing the critic inside of you, vocalist Dan Reynolds has called the song “an exorcism of self-pity.” The band recorded the song with producer Rick Rubin at his Shangri-La studio in Malibu.
