THE DIXIE SWIM CLUB Opens 3/8 at Country Playhouse

The Country Playhouse will present The Dixie Swim Club by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Julie Wooten, on its Cerwinske main stage for three weekends only, March 8 - 23. Performances are on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m., with a Sunday matinee on March 17 at 2:00 p.m., plus a weeknight show on Thursday, March 21, at 7:30 p.m.

Mad Cow Theatre's intimate 2-theatre complex in Downtown Orlando plays host to The Tenth Annual Orlando Cabaret Festival, May 3-13, 2012. Over 25 performances of jazz, pop, Broadway, comedy, and a few surprises featuring many of Central Florida's favorite artists. Eight veteran vocalists team up to present four shows in this year's festival -the company includes Evan D'Angeles, Cami Miller, Zach Nadolski, Frank Siano, Trevor Southworth, Melissa Vasquez, Natalie Walker, and Julie Woods-Robinson.

Broadway star and legendary entertainer Donna McKechnie will return to TheatreZone in Naples, cast as Marmee in Little Women: The Broadway Musical. Joining McKechnie in the production will be Megan Yelaney, Molly Ann Ross, Megan Jimenez and Julie Woods-Robinson as Jo, Amy, Meg, and Beth respectively.
