Sarasota Orchestra has received a $30,000 grant from The Exchange in support of the 2024-2025 Young Person's Concerts (YPC). Sarasota Orchestra's YPC are experienced by nearly 9,000 students annually and have been presented since 1953.
Sarasota Orchestra To Receive Grant From The National Endowment For The Arts
Sarasota Orchestra has announced it has been approved by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) for a Grants for Arts Projects award of $20,000. This grant will support the presentation of the 2024 Sarasota Music Festival. In total, the NEA will award 1,135 Grants for Arts Projects awards totaling more than $37 million as part of its second round of fiscal year 2024 grants.
Sarasota Orchestra Receives NEA Grant To Support 2023 Sarasota Music Festival
Sarasota Orchestra has been approved for a $15,000 Grants for Arts Projects award from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) to support the 2023 Sarasota Music Festival. The three-week Festival runs from June 5 – 24 and features a schedule of 12 different concerts, as well as a wide range of masterclasses, coaching sessions, and rehearsals.

Sarasota Orchestra has been awarded a $110,500 grant from Impact100 SRQ. This substantial award will help advance Sarasota Orchestra's mission to engage, educate and enrich the community through high-quality, live musical experiences by funding the purchase and repair of instruments specifically designated for the Orchestra's education programs.

Sarasota Orchestra has been awarded a $65,000 grant from Charles & Margery Barancik Foundation to bolster the programming of the 2022-2023 season. Sarasota Orchestra's mission is to engage, educate and enrich the community through high-quality, live musical experiences.
