International Hit Musical THRILL ME Coming To Luna Stage

Luna Stage is proud to present the New Jersey Professional Premiere of the International hit musical Thrill Me: The Leopold & Loeb Story by Stephen Dolginoff. Thrill Me opens to previews on Thursday, December 3rd and runs Thursdays through Sundays through December 20th.

Playing for the first time at the Guthrie, under the direction of Joe Dowling, My Fair Lady will feature Helen Anker as Eliza Doolittle, Tony Sheldon as Colonel Pickering, Donald Corren as Alfred P. Performances began on the Wurtele Thrust Stage on Saturday, June 28, with an opening slated for tonight, July 4, 2014.

Does ROMAN HOLIDAY Have A Future Home on Broadway?

Currently onstage at the Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis is the period musical spectacular Roman Holiday. Based on the iconic film, the show features the music of Cole Porter, including hits like 'Easy to Love,' 'Begin the Beguine,' 'Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye' and 'Riding High', in addition to rarely heard gems that fit perfectly into the story. The production began preview performances on June 9 and opens tonight, June 15. The run is scheduled to continue through August 19 on the McGuire Proscenium Stage. Guthrie Artistic Producing Artistic Director John Miller-Stephany helms.

Stephanie Rothenberg leads the cast of Roman Holiday as Princess Anne-a radiant young woman in Rome on a widely publicized European tour who sneaks away from her royal duties to explore the city. Rothenberg recently made her Broadway debut stepping into the role of Rosemary in the Tony-nominated revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Edward Watts plays Joe Bradley-a handsome, crafty American newspaper reporter who charms the princess. Watts most recently appeared in the long-running production of The Fantasticks in New York City. Pinafore boasts new musical arrangements by Andrew Cooke that borrow inspiration from disco, jazz and rock opera, which he argues help modern audiences appreciate the humor in the libretto. Captained by Guthrie Artistic Director Joe Dowling, and featuring 'sumptuous costumes' by Fabio Toblini and 'arresting choreography' by David Bolger, the Guthrie's production of H.M.S. Pinafore has entertained audiences and critics alike with its 'continuous parade of stunning song-and-dance sequences.' The creative team also includes Frank Hallinan Flood (Set Designer), Malcolm Rippeth (Lighting Designer) and Scott W. Edwards (Sound Designer).

Guthrie Artistic Director Joe Dowling helms this splash hit musical which, as previously announced, will feature Twin Cities actor/singers Robert O. Berdahl and Christina Baldwin as Captain Corcoran and Little Buttercup, respectively. Joining the pair will be Constantine Germanacos (Ralph Rackstraw), Seri Johnson (Cousin Hebe), Heather Lindell (Josephine), Jason Simon (Dick Deadeye) and J. Tyler Whitmer (Bob Becket) - all five making their Guthrie debuts - in addition to Robb McKindles (Bill Bobstay) and Peter Thomson (Sir Joseph Porter).
