The Groundlings Theatre Celebrates 45th Anniversary All October Long

Los Angeles' famed Groundlings Theatre is celebrating their 45th Anniversary next month with a series of exclusive events and performances that honor the legacy of the always hilarious Groundlings. The month-long celebration kicks off on October 2 with a weekly series of panels and will also feature two incredible nights of comedy featuring iconic sketches from unforgettable characters that originated at The Groundlings.

THE FAVOURITE Leads Nominees for the London Critics' Circle Film Awards

The UK's leading film critics today announced the nominations for the 39th annual London Critics' Circle Film Awards presented by Dover Street Entertainment. Yorgos Lanthimos' black comedy The Favourite was out front with 10 nominations, including Film, Director, Screenwriter, Actress for Olivia Colman and Supporting Actress for Rachel Weisz. In addition, the film is nominated for British/Irish Film of the Year.

The Guild of Music Supervisors unveiled the list of nominees for its 9th annual award show taking place on Wednesday, February 13th at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The event will celebrate the highest achievements in music supervision, recognizing exemplary work in 18 categories representing movies, television, games, advertising and trailers.
