Qdos Entertainment Announces Pantomime Season 2018-19
Beginning later this month, an array of stars from the world of Stage, Screen and Entertainment will light up thirty-five theatres across the nation for this year's Qdos Entertainment pantomime season celebrating the very best of British traditions for the festive season.
“Festival Of Percussion” Comes to The CIT Cork School Of Music
The CIT Cork School of Music percussion department collaborate for the first time with the percussion ensemble “Millennial Percussion” from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and its artistic director Adrian Spillet (principal percussionist with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra), and the conservatoire's percussion lecturers Sophie Hastings and Cormac Byrne.
Hasbro & ATG Pantomimes Form Partership
Hasbro - whose games collection includes classics such as MONOPOLY, Twister and Buckaroo - will sponsor all ten First Family Entertainment (FFE) pantomimes at the following ATG venues; Aylesbury Waterside Theatre, Bristol Hippodrome, King's Theatre Glasgow, Liverpool Empire, Manchester Opera House, Milton Keynes Theatre, Richmond Theatre, Regent Theatre Stoke-on-Trent, New Victoria Theatre Woking and New Wimbledon Theatre.
Wilkes Marks 10th Anniversary In Regent Theatre's Panto PETER PAN
The Regent Theatre is happy to announce that Stoke-on-Trent's favourite pantomime duo Jonathan Wilkes and Christian Patterson will return in Peter Pan for another season of festive fun. The 2015 panto will mark Jonny's tenth year starring in an FFE Panto and at The Regent Theatre.
Cinderella Tops 2014 Panto League Tables
Who's the fairest of them all? Cinderella, of course - and she's also the most popular of all when it comes to pantomimes. According to this year's Panto League table, published today by WhatsOnStage, the UK's leading theatre website, there are more productions being mounted up and down the country of Cinderella (22 in total) than any other pantomime title this Christmas.
Jonathan Wilkes Returns in CINDERELLA at the Regent Theatre, Now thru Jan 4
The Regent Theatre's biggest pantomime star and home-grown talent Jonathan Wilkes is returning to Stoke-on-Trent following huge popular demand after a year away. Jonny is back with the sparkling pantomime favourite CINDERELLA tonight, December 13-January 4. Also coming back to Stoke-on-Trent is First Family Entertainment, who are producing CINDERELLA.
Christie Brinkley To Play Roxie Hart in CHICAGO London From July 11
Christie Brinkley, who made her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in CHICAGO earlier this year, receiving great critical acclaim, will come direct from New York to play the role in London's West End from Monday 11 July for a strictly limited four-week season, ending on Saturday 6 August. She will be joined by Amra-Faye Wright, who has been playing Velma Kelly opposite Christie on Broadway. Amra-Faye will also star in the Cambridge Theatre production from 11 July to 6 August. Jonathan Wilkes will continue in the role of Billy Flynn, James Doherty as Amos Hart, Jasna Ivir as Mama Morton and R. Whitehead as Mary Sunshine, all until 27 August, when CHICAGO will leave the Cambridge Theatre.
