Through the lens of the roaring American 1920's, this production attempts to break open and examine our inescapable battle to compare ourselves and our work, and the powerful effects of unfulfilled desire. It will play THE SECRET THEATRE weekdays and Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 6pm. Tickets can be purchased at: www.brownpapertickets.com/event/264071

Brave New World Rep's THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR (TERRACE) Runs 4/25-5/6
Shakespeare fans can celebrate the Bard's birthday with a Brooklyn accent at Brave New World Repertory Theatre's acclaimed production of "The Merry Wives of Windsor (Terrace)" which, with a few minor adjustments, sets the comedy of the working classes in Brooklyn's Windsor Terrace in the Big Hair 1980s. The production re-imagines Falstaff as a befuddled mob boss and Mistress Ford and Mistress Page as the-real-housewives-of-Brooklyn-with an eye for mischief and an ear for the traditional Brooklyn accent of the time. Minor script changes turn the River Thames into the Gowanus Canal.
