Photo Flash: Inside Watermill Center’s BIG BANG Benefit
The Watermill Center held its annual summer benefit on Saturday, July 28th. Despite a downpour of rain, the spectacular event went on as planned with performance art and installations. Watermill International Summer Program Participants from over 25 countries created eight acres of installations and performances throughout the grounds of Watermill Center. The funds raised will support The Watermill Center's International Summer Program and year round Artist Residency Program, providing a unique environment for young and emerging artists to explore and develop their work.

THE AMERICAN SONGBOOK PROJECT To Honor Jerry Herman and Guild Hall
The American Songbook Project, a non-profit organization that brings American music programs back into New York public schools, will honor legendary composer Jerry Herman and Guild Hall (East Hampton, NY) at their annual signature event 'Name That Tune' on Friday, November 4, 2011 at the historic Hudson Theater in New York City.
