Goodnight, Texas Drops New Single 'The Lightning and the Old Man Todd'

Goodnight, Texas have just dropped their latest single 'The Lightning and the Old Man Todd'. This track is from the roots-rock duo's forthcoming full-length LP Signals. Singer-songwriter Avi Vinocur shares some insight into this new single: 'I see this song as a continuation of the story of the 'old man' from our 2018 song ‘End of the Road,' exploring the character’s history and what led to his loneliness...' Mat Kearney Releases Self-Titled LP; See Full Headline Tour Dates

Nashville based, Oregon-born multi-platinum singer, songwriter, and producer Mat Kearney just released his new self-titled full-length album. Kearney counts the LP as one of his most personal yet and sees it as a reflection of his two-decade long career. Next up for First Stage’s Young Company, the Theater Academy’s award-winning training program for advanced high school actors, will be MACBETH, Shakespeare!s darkest tragedy, infamously known as the cursed Scottish play. The play will be performed in the newly renovated, theater-in-the round Goodman Mainstage Hall at the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center. Directed by First Stage Young Company faculty member Marcella Kearns, with fight and intimacy direction by Christopher Elst, MACBETH is filled with ferocious battles, supernatural horrors, famously gorgeous poetry and some of the Bard's most vivid characters.

Park Theatre Announced New Chair Anthony Clare

Park Theatre  has announced Anthony Clare as the new Chair of the Board, taking over from Nigel Pantling who has been in the role for seven years. Anthony joins the board alongside existing board members Kurt Barling, Hedda Beeby, Andrew Cleland-Bogle, Jonathan Edwards, Bharat Mehta, Rufus Olins, Jo Parker, Victoria Phillips and Julia Tyrell.
