Shoegaze Duo CURLING Announces 'No Guitar' LP

Curling will release their brand new studio album No Guitar. The band’s cross-continental founders Bernie Gelman (Bay Area) and Jojo Brandel (Japan) earned acclaim spanning Guitar World, Northern Transmissions and more for their high octane lead single “Hi-Elixir”. They unveiled the second album cut “Patience,” alongside an official video.
Review: THE DOCTOR, Duke of York's Theatre

There is a kettle on stage for much of Robert Icke’s The Doctor. It is one of the few props in this loose adaptation of Arthur Schnitzler’s 1912 play Professor Bernhardi, which was first staged at the Almeida Theatre in 2019 and now receives its delayed revival in the West End. And the kettle’s conspicuousness is not for nothing: like the water boiling in it, Icke’s medical ethics drama gradually increases in heat and reaches a point of scorching intensity, leaving no one unscathed.

The Doctor, by Robert Icke, very freely adapted from Professor Bernhardi by Arthur Schnitzler, opened at the Almeida in August 2019, with Juliet Stevenson in the title role. This is their third collaboration together to transfer to the West End. Get a first look at photos here!
BWW Review: WILD, Hampstead Theatre At Home

Hampstead Theatre has delved into its digital archive. In partnership with The Guardian the theatre will stream a series of past productions completely free of charge. First up is Mike Bartlett's Wild, which premiered back in 2016. The play is available for just one week and will be followed by Beth Steel's Wonderland and then Howard Brenton's Drawing the Line.
