The Chicago smash hit The Rosenkranz Mysteries: Physician Magician has been extended due to popular demand through June 17th at the Royal George Theatre Cabaret, 1641 N Halsted Street in Chicago. Lauded by the legendary magician Teller of Penn & Teller as "a cozy evening with your jovial doctor - who just happens to command some of the rarest and most beautiful illusions in the world," the production has also been touted by the Chicago Tribune as an "immensely likable, intelligent and very intimate show," and the Windy City Times proclaimed that it delivers "legendary illusions and vivacious visual display".

The Sherman Brothers, Richard and Robert, the musical geniuses behind "Mary Poppins," "Chitty, Chitty, Bang, Bang" and "Winnie the Pooh" may have another theatrical success on the way. Prior to Robert's death in March of this year, the brothers composed the words and music for "MerryGoRound," a new Broadway musical which, originally scheduled for Spring 2011, is now anticipating its New York debut later this year, 2013, with producer Jack Stein and director Andrew Belling. Broadway In Chicago is thrilled to present A BRONX TALE, written by and starring Academy Award?-nominated actor Chazz Palminteri. This funny and touching memoir about a young man's experiences growing up in the Bronx during the 1960s will play at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Oriental Theatre for a limited engagement March 10 - 22, 2009.
A BRONX TALE is produced by GO Productions. Set design is by James Noone, lighting design is by Paul Gallo, and original music and sound design is by John Gromada. Mr. Palminteri's wardrobe is supplied by Italian menswear designer ISAIA.
