BIO

John Forkner is an actor based in NYC with strong ties to Texas. After graduating from Baylor University, John moved to Dallas where he worked at Theatre 3, Undermain Theater, Dallas Children's Theater, Out of the Loop Festival, Theater Britain and spent five season with the Shakespeare Festival of Dallas before moving to NYC. In New York, he has been seen in over 15 shows including classics, musicals and premiers. From 2013 to 2015, he has worked in both NYC and at Fort Worth's Amphibian Stage in several shows. He also performed Trevor in Stage West's BEDROOM FARCE. In addition to his stage work, John has been seen in commercials and on TV. John's work as a Model has taken him across the US and to Europe as well as being featured on the TODAY SHOW.

Amphibian Stage Productions Sets DON QUIXOTE Cast

Amphibian Stage Productions (Kathleen Culebro, Artistic Director) today announced casting for its third main stage production of the 2015 season, The Quixotic Days and Errant Nights of the Knight Errant Don Quixote by Brenda Withers. This world premiere play will run Thursday July 9 through Sunday August 2 at Amphibian's Berlene T. & Jarrell R. Milburn Theatre.  The play will feature actors Steph Garrett, Nathan Smith, Ivan Jasso, Christie Vela, Bob Hess, John Forkner, and Jeremy Schwartz. Matthew Earnest will direct the production.
