T. Graham Brown Inducted as Member of the Grand Ole Opry
Grammy-nominated artist T. Graham Brown was inducted as the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry on Friday, May 3rd, by Opry member Vince Gill. They were joined onstage by Opry members John Conlee, The Isaacs, Don Schlitz, Jeannie Seely, and Mark Wills, who all wanted to participate in the induction and welcomed Brown to the family.

White Heron will host a special 'Watch Party' as a fundraising benefit for the Theatre on Monday, December 14.

Country music veteran Deborah Allen was surprised with a special presentation by T.G. Sheppard, Kelly Lang and WSM's Devon O'Day at Nashville's 3rd & Lindsley Wednesday night during the 6th annual Country For A Cause, benefiting Monroe Carell Jr's Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. Deborah Allen, the fiery country singer who stole America's hearts with her cross-over smash, “Baby I Lied,” was recently honored by BMI (Broadcast Music Inc.) at their Nashville offices. Deborah was presented with the coveted Million-Air certifications for Janie Fricke's “Don't Worry 'Bout Me, Baby” and John Conlee's “I'm Only In It For The Love” by BMI executive David Preston. A Million-Air Award is given to songwriters, composers, and publishers whose songs accumulate over one million U.S. broadcast performances. The acknowledgement is a mark of praise.

The series launched with back to back recordings of Pat Green and Merle Haggard. Now, in 2018, the famed series is celebrating its 20th Anniversary.

Tickets are $10; doors open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30. The 501(c)(3) charity focuses its efforts on financially assisting songwriters with cancer.
