Singers hope to bring smiles to the faces of the patients at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital in New York City during their biggest annual event of the year. "Light Up the Night," a Christmas concert, will take place on Tuesday, November 27th at 4:30 p.m. during the hospital's annual tree lighting celebration.

Joel Dommel is originally from Whitehall, PA, is a recent graduate of The Hartt School with a BFA in Music Theatre. Regional credits include: The Who's Tommy (Captain Walker), Sweeney Todd (Anthony Hope), Titanic: The Musical (Frederick Barrett), and Parade (Britt Craig). Joel was also featured as the lead role in the new musical 'Not Wanted on the Voyage' (Dr. Noyes), as apart of the Goodspeed Opera House's New Artist Festival in 2012. Joel has recently moved to New York and is humbled and honored to be a part of this NYMF competition. Thank you to my friends, family, and my incredible fiancé, Alexandra for all of their love and support.
