BROADWAY'S EPIC FAIL to Return for Two Concerts at Sophie's NYC, 9/7
After a successful run at the New York Musical Theatre Festival earlier this summer, BROADWAY'S EPIC FAIL is back as a two night-concert to bring you more songs from movies that should never be musicals. BROADWAY'S EPIC FAIL will return on September 7th at 6pm & 8th at 9:30pm at Sophie's NYC (318 West 53rd Street).
Cast of YANK! to Reunite for CD Launch at York Theatre, 2/24
The York Theatre Company will welcome cast members of the original Off-Broadway production of the critically acclaimed musical, Yank!, with book & lyrics by David Zellnik and music by Joe Zellnik, to celebrate the official release of the cast recording on Monday evening, February 24 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at The York Theatre Company's home at Saint Peter's (entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue). The celebration will be held on stage at The York Theatre, where Yank! received its world premiere and played a sold-out engagement in Spring 2010.

The Off Broadway Alliance, the organization of Off Broadway producers, general managers, venue owners, press agents and marketing firms, will hold the fourth in its series of seminars focused on the culture, business and history of Off Broadway. The seminar, titled 'Off Broadway Financials: How To Raise Money and Where To Spend It', will feature producer/general manager Jamie Cesa (Wishful Drinking, Love Janis, 21 Dog Years), producer/general manager Ken Davenport (Oleanna, Blithe Spirit, Altar Boyz), Hugh Hysell, president of HHC Marketing, and producer/entertainment attorney Bruce Lazarus (Blue Man Group, The Lion King, Shakespeare's R&J).
