BIO
Jody Hinkley, originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, received his masters from Manhattan School of Music. Most recently he was seen in Teen Party Massacre and Lost in the Disco off-Broadway and traveling the world as lead vocalist on AIDA Cruises. He was also seen in the world premieres of Your Name on My Lips, Moving Right Along: the World of Jeff Blumenkrantz, and The Golden Smile for which he received a nomination for Planet Connections Festivity’s Best Supporting Actor. His other credits include Altar Boyz (Mark), Into the Woods (Jack), A Little Night Music (Henrik), and Grease (Doody).

Off-Broadway Producer John Lant, in association with Write Act Repertory, has announced the presentation of the world premiere musical, TEEN PARTY MASSACRE!, a homage and celebration of slasher films of the 1980's, created by Holcomb & Ivy, and directed by Justin R.G. Holcomb.

LOST IN THE DISCO Opens Off-Broadway Next Month
LOST IN THE DISCO is a unique experience of immersive theater, where the audience is directly involved within the performance, and where actors/dancers/singers are performing among the public. The greatest Disco Classics will surround this love story, punctuated with comedy, where cast members act and sing among the audience and invite them to join the dance floor. Lost in the Disco will play 4 performances in the unique decor of the Angel Orensanz Foundation (172 Norfolk Street New York 10002) from November 6th to December 3rd 2019. This experience will plunge you back in the golden age of disco time and craziness of the legendary Studio 54 with classics by Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor, Michael Jackson, Le Chic, Shalamar, Taste of Honey, Saturday Night Fever, Earth Wind & Fire, and many more to be performed by a versatile 9 members cast.

ACTOR THERAPY is back at Feinstein's/54 Below- but with a twist! This time, they're singing the beloved score of Duncan Sheik & Steven Sater's rock musical SPRING AWAKENING. Directed by award-winning composer-lyricist Ryan Scott Oliver (35mm, Darling) & ACTOR THERAPY's Director of Events Mathieu Whitman, the show will feature 35 fabulous ACTOR THERAPY students performing alongside a 4-piece band.
