Cathy Weis Projects announces the fall 2019 season of Sundays on Broadway, an intimate series of performances, film screenings, readings, and discussions on Sunday evenings at WeisAcres. The fall season is curated by Cathy Weis and guest curators Emily Climer, Joanna Kotze, Wendy Perron, and Adrienne Truscott. All events begin at 6pm. $10 suggested donation at the door. WeisAcres is located at 537 Broadway, #3 (between Prince and Spring Streets), in Manhattan.

New York Live Arts begins the 2013-14 Studio Series work-in-process showings with Elena Demyanenko and Dai Jian's collaborative work, Blue Room, tonight and tomorrow, October 4th and 5th at 6:00pm, in the third floor studios at New York Live Arts. A 2013-14 Dance Theater Workshop Commissioning Fund Commission, the Studio Series showing of Blue Room will precede the world premiere of the complete work to be shown in New York Live Arts' Theater in February 2014.

New York Live Arts today announced the artists of the 2013-2014 Studio Series, Live Arts' creative residency program which serves as a research laboratory for physical explorations and new movement investigations. The 2013-2014 Studio Series artists include (in chronological order): Elena Demyanenko and Dai Jian, Cynthia Hopkins (in partnership with the Watermill Center), Sam Kim, Mariana Valencia, Saul Ulerio, Jon Kinzel, Cori Olinghouse, Rashaun Mitchell and Jimena Paz.

Vagabond Inventions returns with the New York premiere of FOR THE SINS I CAN REMEMBER, devised and co-written by Donna Costello, Cynthia Polutanovich, and Jennifer Sargent and directed by Jennifer Sargent. FOR THE SINS I CAN REMEMBER begins performances on Friday, October 4 for a limited engagement through Sunday, October 20. Opening Night is Sunday, October 6 at 7 PM.
