Freedom To ACT Announces Conference On Acting And The Alexander Technique
Freedom to ACT, developed by Ann Rodiger and Belinda Mello, is in its 8th year! This year's conference topic is The Actors Audition: Preparation for Success and will focus on how actors use the Alexander Technique to maintain their presence throughout the audition process. Cast Announced For Seth Bisen-Hersh's Epic 500th Showcase All-Day Extravaganza
On April 28th, 2018, Seth Bisen-Hersh will present an all-day, wall-to-wall concert of his songs at the renowned cabaret club, Don't Tell Mama, to celebrate the milestone of his 500th showcase.
The four-part concert (1PM, 3:30PM, 6PM & 8:30PM) will consist of 100 of Seth Bisen-Hersh's songs, including 3 world premieres, featuring over 70 performers and cast reunions from every musical that Seth has produced in NYC.

On April 27, 2007, Seth Bisen-Hersh produced, emceed and accompanied his first talent showcase at Don't Tell Mama. Ten years later, he has produced, emceed and accompanied over 450 showcases. I'LL SAY SHE IS, the legendary musical comedy that was the Broadway debut of the Marx Brothers, originally opened 92 years ago today -- on May 19, 1924 at the 875-seat Casino Theatre on Broadway at 39th Street. It played for 313 performances before being lost to history. Thanks to Grouch Marx enthusiast Noah Diamond, I'LL SAY SHE IS will return to the stage in a historic new production at The Connelly Theater beginning previews May 28.
