BLOODY DIFFICULT WOMEN Announces Edinburgh Festival Run
Wind of Change, in association with Cahoots Theatre Company, today announce the run of Tim Walker's Bloody Difficult Women at the Assembly Rooms for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2022. Bloody Difficult Women will be running at the Ballroom at the Assembly Rooms from 3 to 28 August 2022, following an extended run at Riverside Studios this Spring.

Let’s rewind to 2016. The fires of Brexit are being stoked left and right and the discourse is rife everywhere, the news swarm with opinions and facts. Theresa May is about to go from Home Secretary to Prime Minister. Kenneth Clarke is being interviewed by Sky and he’s passing judgement on the candidates for the job. He smirks through his opinion of May and ends it with “Theresa’s a bloody difficult woman, but you and I [Michael Rifkind, whom he was talking to] worked for Margaret Thatcher”. This is the anecdote that titles Tim Walker’s new play about the sparring between May and Gina Miller, who took the government to court over their authority to trigger Article 50 without any approval from Parliament after the Brexit referendum.

Full Casting Announced For Theatre Royal Bath's STONES IN HIS POCKETS and A SONG AT TWILIGHT
Theatre Royal Bath Productions today announces full casting for its 2019 Spring Season in-house productions in the Main House, opening next month with Noel Coward's A Song at Twilight followed by Marie Jones' award-winning comedy Stones in His Pockets, in a co-production with Rose Theatre Productions. Simon Callow, Jane Asher, Jessica Turner and Ash Rizi will star in A Song at Twilight directed by Stephen Unwin running in Bath from 13 to 23 February with opening night for press on 20 February and then touring the UK through to mid-April. Stones in His Pockets will preview in Kingston from 28 February and open in Bath in March, ahead of a national tour running through the summer, starring Owen Sharpe and Kevin Trainor and directed by Lindsay Posner.

Ella of Frell is turning the traditional Cinderella story upside down in the upcoming musical extravaganza ELLA ENCHANTED: THE MUSICAL. In a play that stays true to the Newbery Honor book, the power of words will have children laughing, singing, and dancing out loud. ELLA ENCHANTED: THE MUSICAL runs at Dallas Children's Theater (DCT) from January 25 through February 24, 2019.
